Nicholas’ Quilt

Good news! My crackpotty dilemna about what to do with the borders of Nicholas’ big boy bed quilt has been solved. Marty and I went to the small JoAnn’s near our house today because I suddenly realized I was nearly out of white and off-white thread. While we were there, we of course browsed through the fabric and I found more of the flannel vehicle print! Yay! So I bought enough of it to re-do all 4 borders in case the color of the new fabric is slightly different from that of the old fabric.

Wow!! That’s very cool, Pea! Talk about luck!! And congrats on being the first Crackpot to post an entry on the site. Well, except for our Blog Mistress, that is. Your conciencious attention to our homework assignments is particularly remarkable given that you are far and away the busiest of all the Crackpots.

Congratulations, Nancy! That’s totally cool. And very, very clever of you to buy enough to re-do the borders completely in case the fabrics didn’t match! I’m sure I wouldn’t have thought of that.

All y’all are getting way ahead of me, what with all this posting and commenting! I’ll have to be on my toes to keep on top of all this. Yikes, what have I wrought? šŸ™‚

Cathy, indeed you may have created a monster! Do I recall you telling me that your greatest worry with setting up the web site is that we wouldn’t use it?? šŸ™‚
