Beet Greens!!! Harvested in “midwest Indiana” on Nov. 21 or thereabouts. Also to be included in our Thanksgiving feasting.

    yum! My favorite part of beets! Or, more accurately, the only part of beets that I truly like.

    (my last 2 CSA beets were a Thanksgiving present to Emily)
